This work is under NDA, but here’s a quick look at our process:
- Understand and cross-reference multiple complex NLP experiences and their unique value to Walmart customers at very different points in their shopping journey.
- Collaborating with Product leaders and managers on defining goals and KPIs for user research.
- Planning and implementing moderated and unmoderated user tests to better inform live A/B tests and help prioritize user-centered features and enhancements.
