Help the world’s biggest retailer transform the way Walmart customers discover products and make purchasing decisions. 



Walmart Aspectiva leverages AI and advanced NLP technology to transform customer reviews from a black hole of information to a smart customer experience.

This work is under NDA, but here’s a quick look at our process:

  • Understand and cross-reference multiple complex NLP experiences and their unique value to Walmart customers at very different points in their shopping journey.
  • Collaborating with Product leaders and managers on defining goals and KPIs for user research.
  • Planning and implementing moderated and unmoderated user tests to better inform live A/B tests and help prioritize user-centered features and enhancements.
